Winter 2021

We have held our most successful Christmas Open House campaign yet and will wrap up this weekend (December 19-20). Thank you to everyone that shopped with us! If you’ve been to the shop before you noticed all our exterior and interior renovations plus dozens of new items – everything from Campfire Colors to Roasting Forks, Lake Anna Monster tees to Unsalted Coast hoodies, we really upped our apparel and gift game. If you were one of our many new customers, we hope you’ll come back often! We’re expecting a load of Free Free and Big Fish kayaks the second week of January and planning a big Mid-Winter Sale around Valentine’s Day. See our Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/lakeannaoutfitters for a list of the new kayak inventory and call if you’d like to purchase anything as they won’t last long and we won’t get more until April. We also have a good inventory of Tahe Tough Tech SUPs and YOLO sups.

Fall Paddling Season

Fall Rental Rates

The #1 question we get via phone (540.894.3540) and email (lkalife@earthlink.net) is “What are your rates?” Well, here they are, for the remainder of our season (through mid-October):

mountain bikes – $35/half day $45/full day (only to be used at Lake Anna State Park)

single kayak – $30/half day $40/full day

tandem kayak – $45/half day $55/full day

Paddleboard – $35/half day $45/full day

Canoe – $40/half day and $55/full day

Pedal Boat – $50/half day $70/full day (seats two adults and three children)

For a three-day or longer rental we are happy to drop the full day rates to the half day rate. No further discounts are available.

Delivery to your home or rental on the lake is available for $30 round trip (one load).

PFDs and paddles are included with your rental fee. Seat backs are provided with the tandem kayaks.

Reservations are recommended if you are planning on paddling with us on a weekend. We secure a weekend reservation with a credit card and there is a $20 non-refundable reservation fee/boat for weekends charged only if you fail to show up. There are no refunds should you decide not to use the full half or full day allowance of your rental agreement. There is a $50 fee/craft if you do not return the kayaks where we dropped them off for your long term rental.

Lake’s Anna Gift Shop Open

We are open limited hours on weekends for gift shopping with no more than three patrons in the shop at a time due to Virginia Covid19 regulations. We have a great inventory of the spring line of LKA Wear including hoodies, tees, caps, drinkware and more. We stock over 15 different tee shirt designs, plus lake house decorations, those famous LKA™ stickers, Hei Matau necklaces and much more!

Paddle Season 2020 Is Here!

Welcome to the 2020 Paddling Season! We are open and observing Virginia’s Covid19 restrictions with no more than three people in the shop at one time and disinfecting our gear thoroughly after every use. Paddling is a great way to get fresh air and exercise on beautiful Lake Anna. Our shop is a 1/2 mile paddle from uninhabited areas of Lake Anna State Park. Our rates are the same as last year’s. Please give us a call (540.894.3540) to set up a rental appointment and we’ll be happy to meet you at the shop or deliver to your home/rental.
